You and your baby will love this challenging water workout. This action-packed aqua class lets you exercise in the water with your baby. Mom focuses on aerobic conditioning and muscle strengthening while baby has fun splashing in the water!  

Baby age: 15 pounds to 24 months baby should have good head control and toddlers should be comfortable with performing parent-led activity the entire time. You must be able to hold your little one for the duration of the 30 minute class.

Prepartum mamas:

If you want to join the waterobics class while your baby is still in your tummy, you are more than welcome! We will provide you with water weights and alternative exercises to do. Please note that you must enroll for the whole swimester, regardless of due or delivery date.
