Note that we are more often than not in the pool and unavailable to answer the phone. We will return messages as we can, during our hours. Typically, but not always, we return messages on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings and will do our best to return yours as soon as possible (just keep in mind, if you call on Wednesday morning, you may be waiting until Saturday morning for a return).

Your best chance to reach a live person by phone is Saturday mornings from 9-12.

Hours:

Our hours are Tuesday - Saturday and vary based on when we have lessons. We are closed Sundays and Mondays. However, note that we are usually in the pool and unable to assist you with drop in questions or needs. If you want to check out our facilities or speak to someone in person without an appointment, please drop by Saturday from 9-noon.

Pool Info:

The pool is indoor and kept at 92 degrees. This makes it more comfortable and also more fun on rainy days and in the evenings, it also has the added benefit of complete UV protection - no sunscreen needed during lessons! The chlorine level is kept low to make it easier on little eyes!

The play area makes it easy to entertain siblings before, during and after swim lessons!

Visiting the Pool:

If you want to observe a class, email us with the class level (see group lessons page) you would like to observe. If you want to check out our facilities or speak to someone in person without an appointment, please drop by Saturday from 9-noon.

Parking:

Parking is typically available on the street. After business hours T-F and on Saturdays only: across the street at the Community West Bank (permission already granted).
